I went to a few gun shops looking for these rings, and was told by two seperate experts at two seperate shops that there were no such things as one piece mounts. Theswe are great. Less chance for things to loosten up, because their is no seperate base. I am glad I got the high rings, as the bolt clearance on my 700 is about 1/8th inch with my big scope.
