Bubble Level is not level

I bought this pic rail with the integrated bubble level, but I found once I installed it I thought maybe the level was off a bit but wasn’t sure. When I mounted my scope level to the rail (based on the bubble) I found that at about 350 yards my rifle was shooting off to the right very consistently. I recently bought another 3rd party picatinny rail bubble level and when I installed it, it confirmed my doubts about the bubble that was integrated into the rail was off. Other than, it’s a good product and seems nice so far.
