Big Riv's Review of Talley Fixed Ring
I use Talley Fixed Rings and Bases on my Magnum Rifles. They look great, easy to install and they " Do Not Move" I would put them on my Rifles, but they are pretty exspencive. I use their lightweight mounts also. They are made of Aluminum and about half the price.
