Purchased this set of rings for a brand new unit after reading positive reviews. Received and mounted immediately but the rear ring drill slot was protruded towards the shooter. So much for their marketed “precision rings.” Stripped the top threads of my receiver and was able to salvage the rest of the threads using replacement rings. Called the manufacturer before contacting Optics Planet and their comment was “it’s not a perfect world” following their offer to give me store credit. Won’t be shopping with Talley again and likely nor will my buddies. Save your money and buy Vortex or Hawkins.
