Works on Winchester Miroku 1885 Trapper
Fit perfectly on new 1885 Trapper in 30/40 Krag. Must remove rear dovetail sight obviously. Talley suggests tightening front and rear evenly in order to ensure mount fits flush with no gaps. Went on easily.

Did not workout
Did not work in my Winchester 1885 trapper. Rear was to high and would not mount level. Great quality but 1885 mounts and bases can be a hit or miss proposition. Especially the ones with round barrels.

Cons:
- Did not fit corr
- Did not fit correctly
