The application went well until the very end. Everything lined up perfect but I had about 1/16" to much material and it overlapped near the front of the grip. On the right side near the finger rest, my holster would rub the grip just enough to make it peel back a little. After a little trimming work, it's great.
Good grip...
The rubber talons make a big difference...especially on a slick polymer like the xd. Easy to attach, and although it takes a little more effort and few more bucks...getting the mag stickers is worth it.

Nice texture
This grip wrap is amazing. Gives you much more control of your hand gun. Especially with the springfield xd 9 which practically has little to no grip at all. This grip wrap helps thats problem dramatically.

XDM compact grips
Though I haven’t installed them on the weapon, I think they will fit well and the texture of the grip looks good. When ordering for this model, if you need the extend Maginze grip piece on the Mag. the last four didgets should be 203R not 206R. Hope this info is helpful.

Fits great
This product fits great and is very comfortable. Applying the grip was very easy and quick. I have no complaints and will continue to use talon grips. I put it on my xds and it really made the grip easier to handle and hold on to.

Talon Rubber Grips
If you are looking to dress up your original Springfield XD service pistol... Look no further!!! The rubber talon grips look and feel great! I have been carrying an XD for almost 10 years. Adding these grips to my older weapon brought function and fashion together.

Talon grip
Went on fairy easy, all of five minutes. Appy it, heat it then mold in. The rubber grip should work best for CCW over the granulated grip which is way too sticky around clothing and skin unless you're covered in plasma, then the granulated grip works best... Definitely the granulated grip in those conditions....

Works great but not for my carry weapon.
I put this on a Springfield XD-s 3.3" in 40 S&W. The improvement in the grip was very good. It softened the checkering while improving the purchase to the grip. Better grip equals better contol. The fit was perfect. The cutouts for the logo was a nice touch. Installation was very easy and fast. Unfortunately it did not work for my carry weapon and I took it off. The Talon grip snagged my shirt and irritated my skin for a couple of days. I tried it for a week and a half but finally removed it. The grip is great just not for my carry weapon. It may work for you. My IWB holster keeps the grip completely open and able to touch my skin.

Talon Grips feel great
Talon grips went on my XD subcompact without any issues. These are the rubber grips. They are non-slip and do not add any
noticeable thickness to the grips. They wrap totally around the grip and fit is perfectly.
