This kit takes out the magazine disconnect, and improves the heavy stock trigger by about 2 lbs. It's at a smooth 3lb pull now making a big improvement for a minimal cost.

I couldn't pass up the 10% discount on this item, The trigger pull on my Mark IV Target was more than I liked, 4.5/5 pounds. I wasn't ready to spend the money until I saw it here. It is tricky to install, just needs a steady hand and cool head. There are videos that go thru installing it step by step. After installing I now have a 2.5 pound trigger and the magazine disconnect is disabled. If the sear pin doesn't want to slide easily into the sear a small round file works to remove any burrs. All Blast pack Mark series sears have the same size sear pin hole. I called manufacturer because the sear pin was very tight, They sent me a new one free of charge. Then i decided to take a file to the one I have. It only took a few minutes. This item shipped very fast and happy with my purchase.

PITA to install, but a great upgrade nonetheless
As the title implies, be prepared to do some work to get this bad boy in your gun. However, combined with the Tandemkross victory trigger, it significantly improved the quality of the bad stock trigger pull on the Ruger Mk. IV. Would recommend.

Does a Great Job
Modicum of skills needed to install. Not overly complicated and greatly improved the factory set up. Later on I installed a Victory trigger and was rewarded with great performance. Suggest you watch Tandemkross installation videos and follow hints and suggestions.

Sear pin issue
Installing the sear uses the stock sear pin. My stock sear pin would not fit through the new sear. It started but got stuck. Couldn’t tell you anything else because I couldn’t finish the install. I’ll return the item and ask for a replacement . Maybe it was a fluke.
