This mount does not fit a Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Tactical as advertised. Purchased to mount a Holosun HS507K X2 to my Ruger pistol.

Mounts just fine to Ruger MkIII.
Works flawlessly with my RMR footprint optic. Mounts close to the gun. Using one direct mount plate is straighter than using a rail and adapter. Zero-in is fast.
I expect that this works just as great with Docter/Noblex & C-More RTS, but I can't test that.
Fits poorly to RMS/RMSc. That is the most common style. This mount does not use the front or rear mounting pegs for that footprint - two screws do all the work. Bad fit. To make this mount so universal, some difficult design decisions were made.
Do NOT try to mount a Sig Romeo Zero (RMSc footprint), it's not possible. That optic needs M4 screws, but this mount has small imperial threaded screws - those screws are too narrow to fit the optic. Don't use the M3/M4 combo screws that come with the Romeo Zero - they are metric and they will cross-thread the holes and ruin the mount.
You will have to use a rail and an adapter to mount the cheap Romeo Zero.
Some problems would be solved if this mount used metric thread, but that's another difficult design decision. C-More is designed for imperial thread, and uses the same holes as RMSc. I think I would have chosen differently.
Pros:
- RMR fitment
- Ruger MkIII Fitment
Cons:
- RMSc fitment
- Sig Romeo Zero fitment
- Imperial thread

Does not lineup properly with the trijicon foot print. Incorrect pitch and screw size
Cons:
- The design is near perfect
- Need better alignment for Trijicon

Works as advertised, fits most common red dot patterns.
My only complaint is that it's glossy, and the gun it's on is matte black. Glossy seems to be a Tandemkross "thing", which is fine, but it'd be nice if they offered matte options as well.
Cons:
- glossy finish (depending on your taste)

I like that it works with the most common pistol dot footprints so I can swap dots if I like (and I do like sometimes). My only complaint would be that it would be nice if it was available in matte black, 'shiny' isn't really my bag.

The mount fits perfectly and has a great finish. Very good mounting system for multiple optics. Unfortunately, I am not going to use it at this time because I think the red dot sight sits too high for my liking. I tried it with a Trijicon RMR but don't like how high it mounts. I put Williams sights on the pistol and I really like them so I will stick with those for now.
Pros:
- Very good fit
- Very nice machined piece
- Great mounting system for multiple optics
Cons:
- Sits too high for my liking
