Tandemkross upgraded kross pins
Nice upgrade,fit and finish seem to be on par, the detentions ball is a definitely a nice touch. Although it would be better if the contents matched the package description as it claims to be “stainless steel”,they’re not stainless steel they’re zinc plated carbon steel but that’s ok, I won’t be scuba diving with my 1022 lol.
Solid pin replacements
These pins fit right in and get the job done better than the factory ones. I like the extra stopper at the end. Waiting for the same style pins for the trigger housing now.

Good product but packaging was suspect
Great product but the plastic bag it came in has a hole in it and I had to hunt around the shipping box it was in for them. Thankfully I eventually found them in another box. Would be good if the bag was reinforced with a little tape.

no more dropped pins
Installed into two 10/22s: one relatively newer rifle that came with a composite trigger housing, and another from the 1990’s. Both had loose factory pins. The TandemCross pins required a light tap to fit even before inserting the pin deeply enough for the ball to make contact.
The newer 10/22 required more tapping force to push the pins into place.

Solid Pins, Easier Takedown
These pins make cleaning and maintaining a 10/22 much easier since I’m not losing them anymore. Solid buy

A pin is not just a pin
Quite honestly, I am not sure why I bought these pins. Impulse? I am so happy I did. They actually make a difference. They do not just popped out on their own. A gentle push or tug is needed. Installed easily and removal is just as easy. I own four 10/22 type rifles I’ve assembled and I will be replacing the pins on each with these pins.
