Tandemkross Wingman Bumper for Ruger LCP II in .22LP installation trick

This was an excellent addition to my standard 10-round magazines, but here is the trick to make the installation go easier. Remove the pen tube from a Bic pen and insert it into the small hole through the new magazine spring. This keeps spring from bowing sideways as you compress the spring within the magazine well, as you bring the two halves of the Tandemkross wingman bumper together so that you can complete the screw tightening operation and complete the installation without the spring from going BOINK!
Pros:
  • adds four (4) additional rounds to the factory 10-round magazine
Cons:
  • tricky installation of longer spring within the magazine
Best Used for:
  • magazine capacity increase
  • magazine capacity increase to 14 +1

Just right for recoil and rounds

The extended mag was an excellent addition allowing more recoil reduction through leverage. The 4 extra rounds are a bonus.
