Best value vs. price. The "Mag" series have always performed well for me. Have used several on different firearms, they hold zero, adjust precisely and stand up to recoil and field or range use.

Was not thrilled with the constant adjustments and appearance of the scope. Never took it hunting, but practiced locating multiple targets between 15 and 100 +/- yards. I found it quicker to focus on target sometimes and focus on the cross hairs for other times....but then you have the issue of clar...

6-24x40 scope review
the scope arrived fast and on time. initial thoughts, the glass is clear and the adjustments provide positive locking clicks. the scope is mounted on an AR15 and holds zero at 100 yards. no complaints.

the scope gets blurry and un clear at higher powers towards 24.
this scope is very blurry to me, I have had others adjust it for them and it would clear up some for their younger eyes. I personally am unhappy with this scope. the scope gets more blurry as you turn up the power towards 24. i asked others as well to turn it up and they said the same thing about the power. I may have just got a bad scope, not sure. I guess i should try and send it back.

So Far So Good Part 1
Just took delivery from OpticsPlanet. Ordering and Shipment was quick and easy but guys come on!! Who is the genius in shipping who puts "Small Box" in "Big Box" with a balloon and expects it to be secure?? Opened the "Big Box" and the "Small Box" was sliding all over the place with a balloon going along for the ride?? Just ship the small box and save yourself some $$ for all the good the big box and balloon did. I hope there will be no damage from shipping which is why 4 stars and not 5.
Anyway on to the scope. Mounted easily and focused on some trees in the back of my property and it was crystal clear from 6X all the way up to 24X. The parallax, windage and elevation adjustments are working great. I bore-sight it will take it to the range and then post So Far So Good Part 2

Shooter, ammo tester.
I own 4 of these scopes and find them to be the best scope in the industry as well as the best buy in the industry. I test ammo and these scope are as important as the rifle in this business. Love them and will buy another as needed. Highly recommended for those who are on a budget and want a quality scope.
I am going to put this scope to the ultimate test next month as I am going to test this scope on a Muzzle Loader. 50 cal, 6 different projectiles, two different powders, pellets and various cleaning substances. Pray for my shoulder!

Nice scope for the money
I like this scope but sometimes the eye relief can be a pita. Doesnt bother me too much though I think it was a good deal.
Pros: Easy to setup and clear.

Tasco Varmit rifle sight
Great scope for both my Remington 700 .308 & my Savage Model 12 .223. Bought 2 of these scopes.
Pros: easy set up & good for a hard of sight guy like me.

Really Nice Tasco Scope
This is a really great scope for the price. I have it on my Savage .243 and it meets all expectations.Mine is very clear and easy to focus even at 24 power.
