Blown away by the quality for the price! - Tasco 6-24x42 Target / Varmint Rifle Scope VAR624X42M Rifle scope

This is one heck of a great scope for the money. I read a review elsewhere from an ex-marine sniper who said this was about the best scope you could get for how cheap it is. He was not wrong! I was tack driving at 750 yards. This could accompany a 1,000 yard rifle pretty easily. I agree with some of the other reviews saying that the 24x can be a little fuzzy. I think perhaps they were also not adjusting to meet x24 magnification. After a few adjustments everything looked clear to me. I won 3rd place in a target comp shoot with this scope on my "1,000 yards for 1,000 dollars" bolt rifle in 6.5 creedmoor. Threw this on a .22 and it does just as well also. All around, I really don't think you're getting a better scope with some versatility for the dollar amount than this. I'm probably buying another one soon. I'm that satisfied with it.
