Not happy customer - Tasco World Class 20-60x60mm Zoom Spotting Scope WC206060 w/ Tripod

I bought this because the legs on the tripod in the picture are low allowing viewing while siting at a range bench. The one that came is not what is pictured at all and of no use to me. Luckily the scope fit in my old stand.
