Most Helpful Positive Review great scope
Just got it today, from shoptics.com a department of optics plannet. Measured a building with my range finder 394 yds. away, and it was at night, and clear. I could see the details of the brick. Should be able to see 30 cal holes in a target that far, 223 might be iffy. but i'm gona try it this weekend. Great scope. Make sure u get it without the window mount stand, and just the regular stand. I keep hearing the window mount one is unstable, but the standard one that came with mine is sturdy. Great scope worth every penny. Cons: none

Being that is the only sighting scope I've ever purchased, I don't have a lot to go from. So far, I do like it, though. I am using it for a newly bought AR-15. The glass is very clear, I like the quality of it and the tripod works well.

I bought this because the legs on the tripod in the picture are low allowing viewing while siting at a range bench. The one that came is not what is pictured at all and of no use to me. Luckily the scope fit in my old stand.

It is a good scope for the price . Tripod is not solid enough when use with full zoom x60 .
I use it for target shooting .
There 's more confortable and stronger one but the price won't be the same .
Focus better in low zoom.
Best Used for:
  • Targets, hunting, training

Good buy for the money. Tripod a little flimsy but workable. I've only used it out to 60 yards so far, but you can see 22 bullet holes with it. Saves a lot of walking. Scope is clear but have not tried it on 60 power yet. Very nice hard case that came with it.

I wanted a spotting scope for my home shooting range that was good quality and fair cost. Tasco came through for me. I can easily see my placed shots now at 50 yards without leaving my stool. Optics quality is comparably good at 100 yards.
Pros: Bought for my shooting range. Excellent quality. Quick and easy service
Cons: None.
