The Best Pack I’ve Ever Owned
The quality of the bag is absolutely top notch. The stitching looks good. The material looks and feels high quality. I have a Camelbak BFM 500 which I replaced with the Tasmanian Tiger Raid pack. Camelbak cannot compare in “anyway” to the quality of the Tasmanian Tiger pack, bar none. NOT EVEN CLOSE! I have it maxed out (completely filled) at 47 pounds. It fit everything i need for a survival scenario. It carries well and it doesn’t slide or move around. The way the waist belt, lumbar pad and frame system are set up, make the bag feel extremely comfortable. The lumbar pad is very good for people who have lower back problems like myself. It’s not too big or too small but set up just right and feels “extremely” comfortable. The pad actually does its job properly. The bag is very roomy and the side pockets are excellent for smaller items needed on the go. Plenty of Molle webbing to add more pouches if needed. I walked the house for about 20 minutes with the pack on, and I felt absolutely no pain in the shoulders or back. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Tasmanian Tiger Raid Pack. TOP NOTCH for sure. FYI, I’m 5’8” @165 pounds.
