Does not load 10 rounds

Bought 2 of these for my new Taurus. 10 round mags, both. Could not load 10, only 9 rounds in each. I could load 10 in each of the original mgs that came with pistol, but not these two new mags. Used same loading tool, same shells, just switched out mags. Disappointing.

Factory Taurus g2c 40 Smith & Wesson magazine works as it should and I am very much satisfied my only complaint is that there no extended magazines available for the 40 smith & wesson Taurus g2c. I don't feel like I need 200 characters to explain that.
