Great UWF Eyepiece
Like all Type 4 Naglers, this one has the instajust that allows one to dial-in a comfortable exit pupil for ease of viewing. It has a generous true field of view that is great for deep sky observers. Given the true field of view and focal length, this eyepiece is not overly heavy as some similar brands are in this eyepiece category. Recommended.

17mm Nagle
I have used this eyepiece in a 12" F#5 Meade Lightbridge. It is a wonderful eyepiece. The Instajust feature works very well, And with 17mm eye relief its perfect for eyeglass wearers. I would highly recommend the 17mm Nagler. I feel its worth the extra cost to use an eyepiece you can have confidence in. Eye position is important, But after the first night out you'll get the "hang of it".
