Most Helpful Negative Review Just got it
Just got the cover, drilled off the oem press for pin. I screw the new screw in by hand and first 1/4 turn with a wrench and the screw/ pinned just snapped in the middle. Now I have to find a new one to wait, ak down until I can find on… yayyy, cover was still lose when attempting to tighten.

As the title says. I watched the video on how to install on the TWS website. Pretty straight forward. First mod on my zpap 92. Now I’m excited to be able to put an optic of my choice on without an attachment. Wanted to go more for a factory look rather than adding something to it. After adjusting it like in the video. It does not wiggle, and I’m still able to open and close just fine. Honestly loved it and love how it looks.

Best way to mount an optic on the Yugo AK platform

Excellent addition to my ZPAP85...previously the built in short 1913 rail in front of the rear sights would lose zero with the red dot I was using noticeably at 100yds. The dog leg top cover not only has held zero after 300 rounds and a couple drop tests, but also keeps the optic as low as possible relative to your line of sight and enables the use of ACOG style low power optic with ample eye relief. Installation was easy, just put the receiver in a vise with some foam padding on each side, and used a hammer and punch to tap out the hinge pin...swap out the rod for the recoil spring, loosen the adjustment bolts on the top of the cover, align and pop in the hinge bolt, close it down, tighten up the adjustment bolts with some loctite blue, and you're ready to rock. Best upgrade I've made so far.

TWS for the M92

Pricey (in my book) but so well worth it. Quality production that no screwed-on pic rail could ever attain and keep. I had my red dot on a railed gas tube cover (Midwest Industries, also "quality" parts), but this puts the red dot much closer to my eye where it works so much better. The whole system balances better now as well.
