Amazing quality build fit and finish light inside is a nice touch and the battery did last a year without charging multiple opens over and over no issues great safe highly recommend...
After a year of use my shocks died out but they didn’t hesitate to send me new set stood by warranty very happy automatic open works great and adjustable
After a year when battery got very low little concerning no warning light turn on but not open quick charge fixed issue but an indicator would be nice

Complete and utter garbage
Tried 20 times to program a fingerprint, and had 1 attempt say it was successful. Of course even though it's programmed, it still won't open with my fingerprint. The buttons are too small to be useful, and they're not backlit, so forget using them in the dark. Really the only way to open this thing is with the rfid tags. So if you leave any of those around and not locked up, your kids can bypass everything and get in. Absolute worst design I've seen in a product in a long time.

- Not working fingerprint scanner
- Useless buttons
- RFID tags are a horrible idea
- Virtually no padding on the box to speak of
