All of my purchases from OP before has been a great experience and the staff is terrific. My order of Red Wing shoes was one time. My purchase of Thorogood has been all together different. I have exchanged them 3 times. They continue to send seconds. I call Thorogood derect to work with them since they are in my bordering state Wisconsin and they refuse. My returns take approximately 3 to 4 weeks each time. At this time I cannot recommend Thorogood. I'm very disappointed. It may all work out in the end but at this point I still am not sure.
