Ez install but not easily removal

I purchased this because it was a fair price and it said it was an easy install. They were correct in the easy install part. What is not mentioned is the difficulties in removing it. It might have something to do with certain upper receivers and the design of the product. But as it stands I'm unable to remove the dust cover without modification. I will have to cut a notch on the inside to get access to the pin under tension. The product needs a wat to remove it without damaging it.
