I got this and XTS AR-15 Extended Pivot takedown (which I would recommend). Unfortunately nothing about this improves ease of use. Very poor tolerances make it difficult to pop out, cannot pop out by hand have to use punch. Was hoping to make it toolless. Overall this is a hard pass.

Extended takedown pins

This Will get the job done but the extension should be more pronounced. You should be able to grab and pull with two fingers not have to pry the pin open. Though for the money it's worth it. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra and go with a YHM if available. both do the job but ease is a factor

Great pins!!

Slowly upgrading all my AR takedown and pivot pins to extended ones. These pins are fantastic. Perfect fitment, slides easliy but still tight. The knurled end makes the difference, so easy to grip with your fingers. No more looking for a push tool or punch to get your pins out. And the price on these is great, can't beat the deal.

Not too big, click in and out good, color is good. Adding fluff just to write more. What else do you need to know? I didn't mic them, they worked.
