3 Shots in with red locktite on screws split in half and came flying of gun

I put mine on the Mosin using red locktite on the screws. 3 shots in; where it hooks on to the rear sight broke off and the suppressor and adapter went flying down range. I wish there was a way on this review we could upload pictures.
