This is really great looking/feeling charging handle. The 'ears' are 1.5" wide so the handle is 3" wide overall, which seems really wide compared to others I've used but getting a hand on it with optics or BUIS is a non-issue. This does not fit any of my mill spec AR-15s

This appeared to be a nice charging handle. I open the package and try to insert it into my PSA mill spec upper and realized it won't slide. It has been machined wrong, and the ears on the slide itself that runs in the guide with the bolt carrier group are machined too fat I might be able to fix it by filing it down but it literally won't even go in the upper with the bolt carrier.. My mil spec handle works fine. I really wish I could send a picture with this review.

Pros:

It's a pretty nice looking piece too bad it doesn't work

Cons:

It just doesn't fit wish I could put in a picture

Best Used for:

Fire sale not returnable and the piece isn't machine right

This is one big charging handle

I bought the Timber Creek charging handle for my rifle.I needed a charging handle that was bigger cause I run an LPVO saw the Timber Creek enforcer ambidextrous charging handle and thought thats it, I need that cause the handle looks a lot bigger than the mil spec one I was using first thing off, the charging handle is huge and I have no problem with being able to get to my charging handle under my LPVO I love it.I would recommend this charging handle to anyone who runs an LPVO this changed up everything for me I can kick start my AR now if I want it's that big and sturdy.

Pros:

It's a huge charging handle

Cons:

It's so big it would be easy to get it caught up in the car or heavy brush in the woods definitely easy to get hung up on stuff

Best Used for:

It's best used for people who use scopes or LPVO's

This charging handle is just the right size. Not to big to where it gets in the way and not small to where it’ll slip through your fingers. You can grab by just one side to charge your weapon. It’s lite yet sturdy. Well built.

Looks fantastic. Its like butter smooth and silky. Works well with or with out gloves.

It is wider then my rifle. But it doesnt effect it what so ever. Love it cant wait to get the rest of the enforcer set up.

If you have a scope on your rifle, this is the perfect choice!

This was a perfect fit for the scope I have. I am able to work the charging handle with either hand regardless of the scope overhang at the rear of the rifle. It seems to be designed and manufactured very well, for years of use. I highly recommend it.

Fine Design

Get a grip! I have several of these charging handles now & appreciate the convenience often. They are useful, durable and affordable considering what you get in benefit as well as a custom look. So far I haven’t found a good reason not to use one.

Take charge

This is the second charging handle I have purchased for my AR builds. Timber Creek has lifetime warranty on their products. Ambidextrous handle pulls easy either side. Kudos Optics Planet for offering quality products.
