Very nice trigger
Worked out perfectly in my PSA M4 carbine. Clean, crisp 3lb break and very short reset. No take-up or overtravel. Adjusting screws eliminate need for anti-walk pins. Set screws a little difficult to get past hammer spring, but not too bad. Make sure to put selector in before installing pins. I have ...

Most Helpful Negative Review
Trigger looks nice; however, it does not come with the roll pins needed to install.
I saw in the description that the trigger will work with existing roll pins; however, it was not clear that it did not come with any pins. Considering the trigger costs $130+, it would be nice if the pins were included. Timney markets this as a trigger for budget builds, which to me implies that you...

Timney impact
Great trigger for the price point. This is a bench, hunting AR. The trigger is crisp and light. Easy to install and the firearm is functional. It feels like a rifle trigger, not a battle tactical trigger and that's what I wanted.

Range test of Timney Impact AR Trigger
Trigger worked perfect No Trigger pin walk. The only thing I discovered negative was Trigger pull was 3lb before going to the range. After shooting the AR pistol at the range with new timney inpact Trigger and cleaning gun and rechecking Trigger pull,It now drops hammer at 4 lbs?It advertised Trigger pull at 3lb to 4lb so it's in limits. As long as it stays at 4lb or lighter I'm rating it 5 stars. Bill Galewood

Impact trigger
I purchased one of these a year ago or so and I t thought they were advertised as 3lbs on the package. Now the advertising says 3-4 lbs and in the the same advertising it says 3lbs. The first one I bought ended up breaking at 2.75lbs average according to my lyman digital trigger gauge. The next one I bought averaged at 4lbs. I bought two more and replaced the 4lb with one of these new ones, it averaged just slightly over 3lb pull. I haven’t tested the fourth trigger, but I hope it is close to 3lbs like two of the three I have tested. They do break amazingly. I was replacing RRA two stage match triggers that broke close to four. Even the 4lb Impact trigger I took out , breaks better than the RRA triggers I replaced. Hopefully once I get more rounds down range or some dry firing, they will smooth out even more.
