Timney customer service non existent - Timney Triggers Savage Accutrigger Trigger

I already have a model 12 with a Tiney 638 trigger and it works pretty good so I figured I would try another one. After installing it I couldn’t get the bolt to go in. I called Tim left a message for them to call me back, they never called me back that day the next morning I called several times to finally get a woman who kept me on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes, but couldn’t get me fixed up. It seems that Customer Service is not what it used to be a few years ago for Timney.I made a quick phone call to Jard They answered the phone ordered the trigger. Got it installed. I’m happy now. Shouldn’t have to call a company eight times to get someone to answer the phone. They won’t get my hard earned money anymore .Sorry Timney
