Works wonderfully
I'll admit. the fact that this is $80 and there is no alternative did cause me to wait a while to replace the charging hammer that comes with the Tippmann, but I'm very glad I did. well worth it. The metal is much better than the factory polymer handle and the ambidextrous action SO makes life easier, especially when clearing a jam. Also, I really like that the handles on the hammer are longer and stick out farther than the factory hammer. This was well worth the price and I do encourage anyone who has the M4-22 to upgrade

Tippman arms charging handle
Really like this charging handle on my Tippmann Arms .22 mag. Just put a scope on it and the stock charging handle was kinda difficult to get to. This handle is easy to get to and ambidextrous. Would definitely recommend!!!!.

better than plastic
So, it’s definitely a lot nicer than the plastic one, and the grip is much better to grab. My only complaint is the use of Duracoat instead of Cerakote because the duracoat starts coming off pretty immediately. For the price of their parts and accessories, Tippmann should really be using a higher quality coating.

Love the aluminum feel and the ambidextrous feature obviously makes the rifle much smoother to use!

Tippmann arms ambidextrous charging handle
Out of all the upgrade I have done to this fire arm this is easily the one I would recommend doing first. The stock charging handle is just plastic and feels like it will break. The upgraded aluminum one feels nice and sturdy, and snaps back much smoother.

- Make sure to add some oil to the contact spots for a better shooting experience

Tippmann m4 metal charging handle
I enjoyed that it is metal. The original one is plastic. With that said though it is paint and not anodized. It does come off on your AR especially where the charging handle catches to be locked. I’ve had it not long. But I do believe the paint will wear it seems to me
