I waited 2-3 weeks to receive my order after placing it online. I was told that the sunglasses I ordered are being shipped directly from the factory. Once I received my package, I opened it to find that the sunglass case had black pen marks all over the inside. The soft bag that was enclosed looked and felt like it had been used for awhile. The sunglasses themselves were in plastic and seemed ok. I did not see any scratches. I am skeptical as to whether or not I received a product that was used given the condition of the case and bag. I did call that day to let the company know and to request a new case and bag. I was told that they would put a request in for it, but I have receive nothing yet. I will not be ordering again from this company.
