Retinaw's Review of Trijicon 1x42 Reflex Sight
Great optic. Good clarity of optics. Rugged design, as you would expect from Trijicon. My version was the green 9MOA dot with tritium and fiberoptic. Complaints: green dot could be brighter and the objective lens is like a mirror, highly reflective toward the target. There are antireflective options, but they are expensive and reviews suggest that they diminish optical clarity.
Pros:

- High quality optics
Cons:
- Aiming beam brightness
- reflective objective lens
Best Used for:
- Targets less than 50 yards
- variable lighting conditions
