This is my fifth Trijicon product over many years. The quality and functionality are consistently first rate. This particular ACOG is built like a tank with beautiful optics. At 76 years old age this is undoubtedly overkill for my purposes on an AR-15. But yeah, I like it. No regrets.
Pros:
- Optical clarity and quick, accurate measurements.
- duribility fit and finish

This optic came in a case and was packed perfectly. I installed it in about 20 minutes on a Geissele upper for my AR15 LMT lower. This was super easy to sight in as I had to click elevation 2 times to set at 100 yards.
I’m going to purchase another.
Thanks!

It's an acog there's really not much too it. They work and are great. They're high but that's the cost of quality glass.

So for the longest time I had been running a knock off, “gun show special” ACOG on my SBR. Well I finally decided to pull the trigger and get a real ACOG, and wow. As the title says, I get it now, the difference in price, I mean. The glass is so clear, I wouldn’t know I was looking through an optic if it weren’t for the reticle. I don’t think I would want to shell out the money again, but it is one of the best optics I’ve ever used.
Pros:
- clarity of glass
- low weight
- Incresible reticle

High quality all around. Very durable housing and other machined parts. Glass, coatings, and optics in general are exceptional. Green illumination is very bright. Apparently so bright that some people partially obscure the fiber optic with tape or some other means. Horeshoe reticle is simple and effective. Also, easy to install.
Pros:
- Durability
- Clarity
- Quality
Best Used for:
- Close range, fast acquisition, short eye relief

This is a nice scope! I’m very glad to have it. Sighting in was very easy. The scope caps can’t get lost. I like the yardage lines and the green horseshoe.

I just received my green acog which was advertised to glow even in dark settings. I have just pulled it our of the box "brand new" and it will not glow in the dark. Very disappointing seeing as though I've just spent over a thousand dollars on this product

It may be a used and returned ACOG but it has obvious wear markings and blemish’s that I doubt came from the factory. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied. This thing is over a grand I paid for new optic not slightly used. The windage and elevation has wear and there are scuff marks on the actual body of the optic very small but still present. For the money I paid it should be brand new period… a discount is normal for used items as well as disclosure. This is the first time I’ve been dissatisfied with Optics planet. The optic itself though is excellent worth the money I would just scrutinize your item when it arrives it may be a big deal to some or no biggie to others. As much as it bothers me the return process and being without it for another week or more , trying to be home when it arrives is just a hassle that I’m unwilling to go through. I will live with the defects! You’ve been warned buyer beware.

I like it is American made. Appreciate the Trijicon philosophy. Scope has a sharp image. No batteries needed is a convenience. Mounting is easy. Horseshoe reticle is easy to pick up when acquiring target. Good fulfillment from Optics Planet.
Pros:
- Quality
- American made
- Company philosophy
