As a gun collector,I have found that it is better to buy the best.You buy something cheap,its going to be cheap.If your rifle has open sights mounted,you should have a good quality quick release scope mount on it.I have this mount with a Trijicon scope on a socom11 m1a,great set up.

it does what it is supposed to do
solid construction and the lock up and release button seem designed for the toughest recoil
two things: 1) they for some reason do NOT make this model anymore so I am cautiously optimistic as I purchased this for a .50 set up
2) of the EIGHT screws provided ONE was over sized which is a pain in the BUTT: for this use I was lucky that I had ANOTHER one that I moved the screw BUT will cross that bridge when I get to it

Excellent Mounting Solution
I'm glad I did my research on this mount. Excellent quality. Holds zero very nicely and is made of high quality materials. Does tend to mar up the rails a bit when locking and unlocking though. I'm a fan and would recommend.

great mount
This is a fantastic mount the quality just oozes off this mount. It fits all my uppers with no adjustment necessary and does maintain zero the 1-2 times I tried removing it.

Best Mount
Only mounts I will use for AR pattern rifles. These mounts are simply the best you can buy. I've owned several other brands and non come close to the quality of the Bobro.

Awesome Mount
Love it because I can go from my Rem 700 to my LWRC repr quickly. The only thing that was a little hard to swallow was the price.
