Most Helpful Positive Review well worth the money!
Incredible scope! The material makes it very tough, even when I'm out using this for my M-150 in drills, you can drop it, and the scope tends to stay in place without any damage. Optics are crystal clear: makes it easy to shoot with accuracy, even for a novice like me, when I'm going for 100 yard targets. The illuminated reticle, which doesn't require batteries, also a huge plus for this scope. Overall, a superior product, which will perform well in a rough setting. Pros: Very Clear Optics, Durable, Ergonomic, Illum Reticle

optical rifle sight

by rick, from TX, United States Written on September 27, 2015
the absolute best ar15 optics Ive ever purchased. expensive, but well worth the cost. highly recommended. i put it on my sig mod 556xi in 5.56cal. quick target acquisition at medium and long range. i own many optics including a sniper scope costing $1200. this is by far my favorite optic the use and shoot with. if you had ever wanted an acog i say save your money and buy it. i would suggest you research the many models and reticle options and not just buy without learning first.

Great scope, but don't be alarmed about a few items

by Legacy Reviewer, from GA, United States Written on January 11, 2014
The TA31RCO-150MCP and TA31RCO-M4CP have evolved a little over the years. The unit I received in 01/2014 from OP has TA31RCO-M150MCP on the box, but TA31RCOM4 on the scope. The rest of the serial # is the same. They are now the same unit from web research. Only the accessories defer. No more rear eye piece lens cap either on the current version because of the RMR bosses.
Pros: All the good things you've read about
Cons: Latest version has RMR bosses, so no eye piece lens cap

Finest in Quality and Durability

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on November 13, 2013
I have used many optics in real life combat situations all over the world. ACOGs are at the forefront and always function well. From serious abuse to everyday plinking, this will never let you down. If you want to be a sniper, use a different weapons platform. This is a combat sight for combat situations. This model is not designed to work well for CQB with the magnification, but will work in these situations. It is designed for intermediate range threats. Great value for the money. If you are serious about your profession, this is the way to go.
Pros: Excellent glass, durability and function
Cons: Cheap lens cover

Works Great at the range and in the field

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from SC, United States Written on November 6, 2012
Love it, works great at the range, and rocks for hunting hogs. Green Chevron shows up great during the day and night. The mount that comes with it will work, but the Larue is far superior. The lens covers are very cheap and will not stay shut from day 1. Not worth the hassle to replace them. These 2 small issues don't take away from how great the scope really is.

Also comes with a nice set of pliers.
Pros: Durable, Clear Optics, Very Versatile
Cons: Crappy Mount- Get a Larue- Crappy Lens Covers
