Bought demo, arrived broken - Trijicon ACOG TA02 4x32mm Rifle Scope, 32mm Tube

I purchased this as a final sale factory demo. It came with a scratched objective and the battery case cap is VERY difficult to thread on, as if it was stripped previously.
