Can't get good help! - Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Scope KIT, Green Chevron BAC Flattop Reticle & TA51 Mount

I'm giving this a 3 because the scope has not been tested and proven yet. It could go lower. The optic arrived on time. Upon opening - everything looked fine. Then I opened the Trijicon hard case. The lid fell off in my hand. So, I thought OK. Then I unpacked the scope. Hmmm - where's the scope cover? ---- Broken case. No scope cover. The scope has been mounted and I'm waiting for the weather to see if it is also damaged. Trijicon is great. One phone call and they replaced everything but the scope.
