ACOG 4x32 Scope
As expected, first class construction and clear optics. Would buy
again....Purchased the FDE finish and was a perfect match for the SIG
716. Nice case, if you ever need to transport it off the gun and comes with
neoprene soft cover.

Wouldn't zero
Let's start saying this is the best do all combat optic on the planet. However it's my luck to receive a product that was opened once before. There is a package with a cover inside called a scope coat it was in fact opened. anyhow the acog looked, felt and mounted perfect then I hit the range. I've ...

great optic!!!
Great optic similar ones we use in the army. Easy to zero in. The chevron can be bright but it’s still good! It is very durable and strong. Quality wise is very well made. It comes with a cover which is very useful for dust protection. FDE color is nice!
Pros:
- Magnification
Cons:
- Bright
Best Used for:
- Zero magnification

My new favorite optic
Wow, what can you say about an ACOG that hasn't been said. Easily the best optic I have ever owned. Optics Planet is great to work with this is the latest of many purchases from them and as is always the case it went smoothly. Will be back

FDE ACOG Review
Bought this for my Daniel Defense DD4 v11 - am very pleased with the product - excellent quality and design. Optics Planet shipped quickly and had a great price! I have used trijicon before and love their products!

I want to give it 5 but can't.
Reason for 4 is I'm pretty sure I got a floor model. Finger prints all over the glass and a tiny ding in the finish. Also did not realize that OP uses 3rd party suppliers like Amazon does, it shipped from a "Green mt supplies" or something like that. Well all that aside it was on sale and I got some extra % off with a coupon and cleaned up nice so.... The OD green coating is looks awesome next to Magpul OD furniture. The green reticle is easier for me to pick up and I don't lose it in green vegetation like others have stated on other sites so it must be based on the individuals eye sight really... The horseshoe reticle I really like, I works great as a CQB out to 200 if you zero it correctly at 100. The BDC starts at 300 out to 800, the lines are fine and crisp. The center dot I can't find any moa info on but it basically covers a 2x2 bull at 50 yrds so a 4 moa dot I would guess. Positive clicks on the dials all that good jazz.
Pros:
- Sturdy
- Combat Proven
- Multi use optic
Cons:
- Pricey
- on the heavy side

Trijicon ACOG 4x32 Scope
The ACOG is amazingly clear and accurate. To fully appreciate the tritium illumination, you must spend some time in the dark, and it is worth it. The Bullet Drop Compensator is very sharp and well illuminated day or night, making it very easy to aim at distances up to 800 yards, much farther than I could ever hope to maintain accuracy. The housing is impressively sturdy, and although I don't plan to bang mine around, I am sure that if it was banged around, it would hold up to the abuse. It's built like a tank. I look forward to many years of use; well, at least for 14-15 years, which is when the tritium will need to be replaced. BUT, Trijicon reportedly takes care of that for you, as part of the maintenance. I imagine I'll be long gone before I'd need a second refill of this magical substance. ;-)
Pros:
- Sturdy and accurate
Cons:
- a bit pricy
Best Used for:
- AR15 100 to 300 yards

Hard to beat an ACOG
This is my 3rd acog, so it's safe to say that I love them. I put this one on my Scar 16s, and was getting about an inch group at 100 meters. If you've never looked through the glass on an ACOG you have no idea what you are missing. It don't get any more clear. Worth every penny if you ask me!
Pros:
- accurate and repeatable results
- No batteries needed
- Clarity and ease of use
Cons:
- Eye relief could be better
Best Used for:
- Battle Rifles

Reinvented the wheel IMO
I have qualified with several different ACOGs for 10 years. The green horseshoe ret is not good a one. Its a hard site picture in foliage and green terrain. I miss the old orange and red triangle ACOGs. They were better for CQB target acquisition. This is my opinion and I am just passing along my experience with the 4 X 32 Green horseshoe BAC. At long distances, this reticle is extremely accurate.

awesome sight!!!
this sight is no doubt probably the best 4 power fiber optic sight on the market i love this sight but its not perfect a few things to be aware of before buying this sight #1 it doesn't have that great of eye relief only 1.5 inches this means if you like the stock on your ar-15 (if that's what its mounted on) fully extended your going to want the sight mounted as far back as possible leaving no room for BUIS (back up iron sights). #2 i have read this before on reviews and i experienced it my self this sight is hard to zero but is still very accurate when you get it sighted in. #3 if your looking at the green reticle its a good reticle but if you live in a northern climet like me when the grounds all coverd in snow and there's a cloud cover the green doesn't show up very good at all but during the summer months it works perfectly the reticle is stands out leaving no room for error so if you live somewhere where the ground gets covered with snow for 5 months out of the year i would recommend going with the fiber optic red reticle. and some of the ups if your looking for a indestructible accurate reliable sight your looking in the right place, the BAC (bindon aiming concept) is awesome it combines a magnified optic with a holographic sight just by looking through the sight with both eyes open for the holographic view and close your off eye for magnified view, and the sight is a little pricey but 100% worth the money, and you have the added benefit and reliability of no battery's...

Worth every penny
I am a veteran of both the military and law enforcement. I currently run a 2,000 acre hunting ranch and we offer tactical firearms training as well. I run these sights on several different ARs and variants. The quality is beyond compare and their tactical usefulness is unequaled. The chevron reticle is lightning fast on target transitions. I am very well aware that they cost more than most entry level ARs, but the are worth every penny. Not only will you never regret buying one, the resale on them is excellent as well if you ever get in a bind.
Pros:
- No batteries!
- Looks great on your weapon
- Tough as nails
- crystal clear optics
- Awesome reticle
- Unmatched quality
Cons:
- price
Best Used for:
- Tactcal
