A solid compact mount for small Trijicon ACOGs
For the smallest Trijicon ACOG, this is a well made picatinny rail mount. It has a solid hold on the rail and is easy off if necessary. This version is the low model and keeps the ACOG sight closer to the rifle as I wanted.
Replacement for factory QD
I replaced a factory QD mount with this; the knob sticks out less than the QD system. The loss of versatility is less important to me than the mounting system getting snagged (I reverse the controls to the left side of the receiver).
Overpriced for what it is, but it’s solid and works as advertised.

Replaced original low mount on TA44
I needed a higher mounting option for a TA44. Originally, it was the low mounting TA44 with the quick mounting. I preferred the colt mounting over the QD as the mechanism does not stick out as far as the QD system. The only con is that the total weight of a low mounting TA44 with this mount is slightly more than the comparable factory high mounting TA44. The weight difference is negligible for my needs and the versatility of being able to high or low mount is worth the additional ounce. Holds zero well after 300 rounds, although I could not find torque specs for the mounting (on the rail or putting the mount on the TA44; hopefully 18 in/lbs is sufficient).
