Once you sight it in, mark the mounting location you use on your picatinny rail...you can remove this scope and mount it on a tripod for glassing...when you want to put it back on the gun, mount it in the same location and you will not have to sight it in again. Joystick control is intuitive and fast. It's great that they added a USB-C connection. We took out some invasive hogs and coyotes. Excellent performance and built tough like a Trijicon ACOG.
