Bought the Trijcon HD (SP101Y) night sight from Optics planet for use on a 9mm XDM, together with the Mepro (ML 11545) night sight Trijicon HD SP101Y for use in H&K P30. It was a deliberate attempt to compare the two well known sights at the same time, albeit on different guns. Had some discussions about the two sights through the OpticsPlanets QA Dept before purchase. Very prompt response and customer focus from the QA lady as well as the product specialist. Not the best

I do like the outer colored ring on my XDM but the tritium ampule is a much smaller dot than all others I have ever bought. In total darkness, it is barely visible. I don't think it's due to age as I was notified after the purchase it was on backorder and took a while to get. Extremely disappointed with this Trijicon item for the price.

Front Sight

Perfect, as usual. Requires minor fit with a fine tooth file and polishing hone, slips right in with mild taps from a brass file. Remove more off the inserted dovetail than the trail. It's important to know which way to install a front sight, in the case of Springfield XD, left to right as the barrel lays forward and away.

Wow what a great sight

Great service,fast shipping,easy to install with no special tools ! Love the product,now I can actually see my front sight clearly.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has trouble seeing their front sight in low or no light.

Look good and works good

I like the yellow , you can see it very good . The u shaped not works good too . The Xd sights are hard to take off but these weren’t to bad . I would recommend these sights . They glow good in the dark

Great for older eyes or for quick line up

Helps out in dark conditions. I use it outside helping get rid of pest out in the country. Great quality products from a company you can trust. If you don't have proper equipment to install would advise take them to a gunsmith for proper install. That way no damage to either.

Quality upgrade

Great front sight upgrade for my Springfield XD 9. The Trijicon HD Night Sights - 3-Dot for Springfield XD pistols orange sight is easier to pick up and great for quick target accusation. Especially helpful for older eyes to pickup in low light conditions.

Tritium, need I say more.

This is a great buy for anyone looking to light up your sight in low light conditions. Tritium just glows! The orange works great during the day very visible, this sight is the same size as the factory sight so thing changes other than awesome visibility day or night.

Trijicon sight upgrade

Nice sights. First time to do my own install on one of my XD pistols. Took a bit of patience and sanding but well worth it. Sights are clean and sharp to my eyes. I will be ordering more for another pistol. I purchase ALL my gun goodies from O-Planet. They are great !!!

Trijicon Hd's night sights

Great product, very good sights. Can take a small beating really well. Front sight is extremely easy to acquire with bright orange fronts. Follow up shots are easier as well with faster and easier sight acquisition.
