Purchased the Zaffiri Slide / Upper Parts Kit, Trijicon HD Night Sights (Orange Front Outline, Glock 42, 43 GL113-C-600785), and the Holosun EPS Carry–GR-MRS to upgrade my Glock 43. I also installed a new Brownell barrel that I had previously bought. The parts looked flawless with no marring or scratches. Assembly went smoothly with the exception of installing the Trijicon rear sight. The sight would only fit into the slide cut about 1/8th inch until coming to a dead stop (I used a nylon tipped punch with the slide in a vice for the initial installation). I could see the finish of the slide dovetail peeling up as the sight was being inserted. I attempted to install the sight from the opposite side with the same results. Either the slide was cut to small, the sight dovetail machined to big or the Cerakote coating on the slide applied to thick. I used a small triangle file to remove the high spots each time I attempted to install the sight. Since the sight overlaps the slide at the back with little clearance you need to be careful not to remove too much material. Finally after getting the sight about 1/3rd of the way installed a sight press was used to complete the installation. Unless you have experience I would recommend you take the parts to a gunsmith to have this work done instead of removing too much material from the slide or sight. My first set of Trijicons, it will be the only night sights I buy in the future. I base this on having other big name night sights on my other firearms. Trijicon is the best by far.

I’ll be honest. I thought trijicon was a little too hyped up, but figured I would try them out to see for myself. Bought these for a g43 build and I finally understand what you get for the money. Obviously they are good quality, but I was most impressed with how I did not have to fit the rear sight at all. I figured I would need to file off a bit like I have in the past but these went in perfectly. The orange dot definitely pulls your eye in and I really like the rear sights being so dark. If you have a Glock tool and a sight pusher, this will be extremely easy for you.

Couldn’t ask for a better sight to have on your carry gun! After getting one pair I now have all my pistols with these on them as they are great for day time shooting too. The wife even uses them on her guns to now!

Sights arrived quickly. Easy to install with a little bit of machining needed. (File). Once on, it was clear that these sights were perfect for this gun. Very clear to see day our night. Perfect addition to any weapon. This is a must have for everybody.

Perfect Glock sight improvement. Quick, visual sight acquisition picture in all lighting conditions with night sight visibility as well. Called a night sight, but really improves sight acquisition in all lighting conditions.

Great visibility at night, easy to locate firearm with constant glow. Would highly recommend and they are on all my hand guns. The profile is decent as well and it fits in all of our various holsters.

These sights are for both Glock 42 AND 43. It says so on the factory package.
Glock sights are....Glock sights. As I will be carrying G43 due to warm weather clothing, these sights are worth the investment to me.

Debated, when shopping, if these sights were worth the higher price than lower priced options. Selling points were the high visibility orange front sight (which provides quick target acquisition in daylight conditions) and the gap in rear site that allows me to see not only the high-vis front sight, but also my target. Also liked the fact that I can rack the slide with one hand using the rear site against my belt, or boot, if necessary. Was able to use a discount coupon that brought the price down slightly. Helped soften the cost blow. Made my decidion easier. Happy so far.

Great sights, they are very visible in all conditions. The construction is also top quality. I find them much easier to get on target then the standard Glock sights. They fit great in the G42 and were pretty simple to install. Overall, I think these are high quality sights that will last a long time.
