Most Helpful Positive Review Fits S&W Governor Perfectly
Could not be more pleased with this purchase and how much better it is than the stock front sight on the S&W Stainless Governor. Front sight is much more visible than the stock sight, coul dbe self installed but felt more comfortable having a gunsmith install for $45.

Bought this sight for my S&W governor. Fit perfectly. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes directly before installing. Drifts right in. Expected lamp to be brighter, but won’t cause night blindness. Definitely recommend instead of sending gun back to S&W.

Great sights

Installed on a M&P 2.0 full-size. The old sights were a pain to knock off the slide with a brass punch. The new were not easy to get in but that’s a good thing, shouldn’t slide on easy. Did not have to file any on the dovetails to get them on which was great. They are on the handgun like it came from the factory now and I have no doubt they won’t move a hair. The color of the sights with no little to no light is amazingly bright and easy to acquire a sight picture. I have other handguns with different night sights but these are one of my favorite, maybe due to the hard work of putting them on, lol.

S&W The Governor

I had a armor put it on perfect just what I want, the sights fit just as seller recommended. However the 1911 sight I purchase broke as armor was placing sight on weapon, again I purchased two the sight for the S&W THE GOVERNOR FIT PERFECT NO ISSUES, THE 1911 S&W BROKE.

Does it fit the stainless model

Will this product fit the stainless Governor? It has a small ramped dovetail. The small black front sight on the stainless gun is very difficult to pick up quickly. Need something to standout better but not be to high in height

Cheap sights

Sights did not work on my full size m&p. Would not fit in the front sight groove and would lift up on one side not matter which side you started with. Seem as if they were too large to fit judging by the dovetail. Waste of $100 and can’t return due to damage. Buy the trijicon hd or hd xr sights instead.

My night sights came standard m&p.40c

Front sight is off to the left buy a decent amount the gun came like that brand new. Other than that sites are awesome. Visibility is great in the daytime and excellent at night. I don't have the time to send it back to get it adjusted so I'm going to go against what I was told and adjusted myself with a punch I vuce. Be I wish I knew what that small engraved S on the right meant
