Most Helpful Positive Review Very nice Sight.
Very nice sight. Much better then EoTech since you dont have to worry about batterys and changing the settings when moving into darker or brighter rooms.. The military is already using this. I love the fact it is not to bright in darks rooms and perfict in bright rooms or outside and it works VERY V...

Most Helpful Negative Review Highly Disappointed
Expected more from a high dollar red dot. Without the ability to manually adjust the brightness, the optic is only useful outside during a sunny day. Pros: Doesn't take batteries and feels indestructible. I like the 43mm objective. Cons: The red dot washes out too easily. Mid day in a room with a l...

Can’t deny quality!

by Ducket01, from FL, United States Written on January 12, 2020
I bought an amber Trijicon reflex for my keltec Ksg..... it’s perfect. I didn’t want a red dot with a huge reticle that over powers indoor use. If you plan on aiming it at the sun or anything orange then you probably won’t like this. Optics planet had the best price across the board. And their products ARE NOT EBAY KNOCK OFFS. THANKS OPTICS PLANET
Pros:
  • Everything
Cons:
  • Aiming at the sun
Best Used for:
  • Everything but the sun ;-)

Some issues

by Eddie, from TX, United States Written on March 28, 2016
So far, my biggest issue with this optic is when you are inside in low light, you will not be able to see your yellow dot looking out of a window into normal day light. The optic is well made and I like that it doesn't require batteries, the down side is the brightness of the dot when not in sun light but it should work well with my pvs14 rig. We shall see.

Trijicon re-30-23 42mm reflex scope 6.5 moa, throw lever mount

by Max Pardee, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on March 16, 2015
This is my second trijicon sight I own, I have it mount on a Springfield
Socom 16, I like it for Close Quater shooting, when bench rest sight in I was able to put 3 rounds 1" group @ 46yrds. for me @ 60yrds plus the amber dot sight increase to the target size, turns into ringing steel target's, unable adjust amber dot size, which is fine, I like the field of vision of the 42mm the diameter of sight.

Perfect CQB both eyes open red dot

by Nick Mason, from CA, United States Written on November 15, 2014
I love how easy it is to adjust and how easy it is to find the red dot, in this case the amber/orange dot. The only thing I wish could be better is when using it in close to near total darkness, the dot is very very dim. The throw lever is a good setup as well, although I haven't had the chance to test it if it holds zero. This red dot is installed on my HK MP5.
Best Used for:
  • close quarters

Best CQB/long range red dot!!

by HMGH, from CA, United States Written on August 30, 2014
I bought this Trijicon RX30-23 red dot optic to mount on my VLTOR TS3 Carbine! You cant find a better red dot out on the market that is better! Aim point does not come close to anything Trijicon has out there! I have had both, and the only regret I have had is buying an aimpoint first! But I learned from my mistakes!! Trijicon makes hands down the best products!!! I trust my life with only trijicon optics on a daily basis! Perfect optic to have if you want to buy one optic and depend on it forever!! You never have to worry about it not working! It may be a bit expensive but well worth the money!!
Pros:
  • durable
  • rugged
  • Dependable
  • quick release base
  • eye relief
  • Quality, clarity and price
  • Perfect
  • CQB
  • red dot
  • Class
Cons:
  • None yet!
  • There is no cons
Best Used for:
  • Law Enforcement
  • target
  • Leisure
  • CQB
  • sport

Great product!!! Horrible quality control.

by Big-D, from WA, United States Written on August 30, 2014
First off I have always had good luck with Trijicon. Received my item first thing like with any adult kid receiving a new pelican case filled with Trijicon goodness is take it out and play with it. · Radical look like it was not a full circle and only a half noon. Please bare in mind if you do not have decent eyesight I've heard many people complain about Trijicons radicals. I had several buddies that have the exact one take a look at it and we were all 100% agreed the fiber was cut wrong and well completely useless. I sent it back the following day to update planet awaiting refund now. This will not discourage me from buying from Opticsplanet or Trijicon
Pros:
  • You can beat the F out of them and they keep on working perfect
Cons:
  • Horrible quality control.
Best Used for:
  • Ghost guns evil black rifles assault weapons
