There is no additional filing required to fit the sights in the dovetails. The installation is a piece of cake. The orange front sight is as good as advertised. The original front sight came in fractured. OpticsPlanet quickly sent me returned postage for the faulty item. Within a week I got a replacement unit. Excellent customer service!!
Pros: Tight mechanical dimensional tolerance; Easy to spot front light.
Cons: A little pricey.
