I bought this for my 4X ACOG and it's an afterthought design through and through. I understand the design constraints due to the angled shroud on the front of the ACOC, but that doesn't change how cheap this item seems considering the price and that its intended for a combat-ready application. I recommend it only due to the lack of alternatives.
Cons:
- Expensive
- fits loose
- Mounting is not confidence inspiring

It works from a functional standpoint, but my OCD hates the fact that it doesn't sit flush; it is angled down, so just keep that in mind.

The bevel on the alignment leg does not match with TA02 4X32 ACOG so it wobbles both laterally and longitudinally.
It will have to be modified by a combination of sanding and installing tape to shim the gap between the killflash and the ACOG for it to fit flush.
Pretty frustrating considering this is made of plastic and was by no means cheap.
Cons:
- Cheap construction
- fit / security

Fit well, easy to take on and off and it's secure. The elastic band seems strong and should last a long time but I can't say for sure since I just got it. Simple effective design.

This helps to make the perfect optic even better. The device fits perfectly into the objective lense without harming the ACOG. Our pre-911 M68s & BINOs were notorious for reflection.I've never seen a rubber ORing stretch so far & not break.

My application is on my GI spec ACOG.The fitment is loose. The elastic band is all that keeps it from falling out. Perhaps that is "by design" and there is some benefit in being loose. A molded-in groove to hold an outside diameter O-ring would not have made this cost more as it would be grooved during the moulding process. This doesn't affect the performance, just makes it seem like it's a cheap Chinese product instead of something Trijicon produced.
Pros:
- Does what it's supposed to do.

This item fits the Trijicon TA31 ACOG scope perfectly. It's great a reducing how much light is reflected off the objective lens. Don't let those deer see your scope glare! I would very much recommend this product to anyone with a Trijicon ACOG TA31.

The thing feels like its worth $10-$20 rather than $50-$60. I was literally able to bend the cage with my fingernail. The cage material feels like cheap plastic packaging and definitely wouldnt hold up to anything other than range use.
