I don't know if its good or not... - Trinity Force 3-9x42 Redcon-1 Scope Combo

I bought the scope a couple of weeks ago. Looks great and I like the reflex sight on top. When I mounted it and tried to bore-sight it, I realized that the horizontal turret was broken (did not work). I have been a fan of OP for a long time and so said, ooops must be a lemon, I will just exchange it. When I went on line to do so, the computerized system informed me that as it had arrived damaged I could not return it - I needed to jump through a bunch of hoops. This is very disappointing and I think OP has just lost a customer. Thank goodness it was only $100
