Most Helpful Positive Review .458 socom build
Needed a .875 gas block for a 458 socom build. Turned to optics planet and Troy industries. Fit and finish were as I have come to expect, outstanding. OP got it here and the build was completed. I am gonna head to the range today for a test drive

Troy low profile gas block .875

Fit perfectly. Comes with set screws but does not come with roll pen (tension pen) for gas tube. (5/64 - .078) easy to install. Installed on dimpled barrel so I had no problem with alignment. Has Duell set screws.
Pros:

Troy industry has block .875

Great product fit and looks perfectly satisfied with quality of product. I would recommend this gas block. Recently installed went on very easy fit nicely. I have not been able to take it out to the range yet.

Fit was perfect low profile fits under the hand guard great product. I have No complaints would recommend it to anyone. They are sold at a great price on optics planet. It does exactly what it’s supposed to

Great gas block

Works great. The finish is a nice black that matched my barrel well. It fit nice over my 8.75 barrel not to tight. I did not drill pilot divits in the barrel for the set srews but i did put red loctite on them.

Great product

This isn't the first time I've bought a Troy gas block. Actually every single AR I've ever built has had one and it's because they're solid & reliable. I've never had issues with alignment. They're rugged without adding a ton of weight. If you're on the fence, I wouldn't even question this. Just buy it, never look back, & never buy anything else. Well done, Troy.

It's so good..

Like a glove it fit.. Nothing but the best! I put it on and it worked just as expected from Troy industries.. Optics planet I'll be back for more goodies .. My new Upper with bull barrel makes 600 yards seem not much for my little girl.. Nothing like giving tomorrow's shooters the best impressions.. :)

Troy .875 Gas Block

Troy's quality is spot on and and I do mean very well made! Nice mill work and a fine finish. I used this on a new build upper and there was no problem getting it on the barrel as I have had with other blocks. This made the build go extremely smooth!

Exactly what I needed

Was having trouble finding a gas block for my heavy barrel on the rifle I was building. All of them were the standard .750 blocks. Finally came across this Troy unit and ordered it. Fast shipping and fit is perfect. Rifle operates flawlessly.

.875 Gas Block by Troy is Super.

As usual, Optics Planet comes through with great products at great prices! This gas block was no problem to install and my gun functions as expected. Also purchased a great Athlon Scope from the planet for same build. I'm very much pleased with the great customer service they offer too!
