Worth the $$ - highly recommend
I've got 4 of these between AR15 and AR10's. I love them. The 15" length does a great job of covering most of the barrel on my 18" DPMS SASS barrel. On my 16" AR-15's they're great since they are almost to the flash hider.
This one is my first 308 rail - very impressed. Love the barrel nut and the special wrench. The attachment for the torque wrench is a great feature. Easy install, solid as a rock.

Excellent new product
I just bought this to replace a Troy TRX Extreme Battle Rail that was not concentric with the rifle barrel. this caused the my canted iron sights to have to adjust to compensate which bottomed out the front sight post. I also did not like the sketchy nut attachment with two screws to the barrel nut. The Alpha 308 rail solved that problem and is a very solid rail. It is concentric as far as I can measure. I need to re-sight in still.
