Close but not a perfect fit - Troy OEM M4 Sling Mount

I like the products manufactured by Troy I have purchased in the past. This one required some file work to get it to fit over the buffer tube (mils pec buffer tube). The center raised "pin" was slightly too high and the "circle" was slightly too small. I am not a stranger to fitting parts so it was not an issue in the end, but if someone is not handy and willing to invest a little time it will be frustrating. This is not a dremel opportunity (I have plenty of projects that require a dremel, this is not one of them), as I think a dremel may egg out some areas that do not need to be opened up.
