It really rains a lot here in Atlanta, and this Parka Jacket is perfect. Great for a cold rainy day, but not overly insulated like many coats. Also, this is long enough, I can wear it over a suit, or sport coat. Plenty of pockets and adjustment points.
The only think I was surprised about is that they run big. I ordered an XL, but had to return it and exchange for an L....which fits great. If this Parka had Mermot or Columbia branding, it would be a $400 Parka. This is a great value.

- Made for real rain storms
Cons:
- Big collar for hood
- A lot of zippers
- Material a little stiff for casual wear
Best Used for:
- The rainy Southeastern US
- Big downpours
