Ecwcs parka - TRU-SPEC H2O Proof Gen-2 Parka - Men's

I had one of these jackets in my last assignment with a tactical unit. Unfortunately I had to leave that one when I turned in my gear. Since I had the liner I purchase this one in a "Not the Police" color, (Coyote). With the liner it makes a great warm waterproof winter jacket. In the summer I can remove the liner, and keep it, the parka and the matching rain pants in my backpack just in case it gets a little chilly or wet during surveillance. Just a little note the matching pants have belt loops enabling you to put a BDU belt in them, useful if you carry a sidearm
