This top fits almost exactly the same as the standard issue ACU top. The shirt itself flexes a little better than a stadard issue ACU top since it lacks the stiffness from the velcro name, rank, and branch loop strips. The loop strips did come with the top if you wanted to have them sewn on. The color holds up the same as the old woodland summer weight BDUs.
Cons:
- name, rank, and branch tapes not sewn on but included

Cheap and false light quality and no recommendation of this Tactical Uniform. i will not buy product from your company anymore. the fabric is so rough .... and so light weight and no inside protection .

Another great product from tru-spec. Very comfortable and allows full articulation during exertion. Tough material handles abrasion well, I own in mult-cam black, wash with woolite black to preserve colour. Buying more as I write. Money well spent if you use your gear.
Cons:
- pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Best Used for:
- work and tactical ops. as well every day w

Excellent Product . Tough rugged & dependable , been wearing Tru-Spec since 1980 thru 2010 Gov. Issue same quality then as today these were the original go to clothing gear . Today we have better fabrics ,newer uniform cuts and different environmental demands upon our gear and ourselves . On Duty or Stateside Homeland Gov Issue or Commercial you just cant go wrong with Tru-Spec .

Nice shirt, well made. Washed in sport wash, camouflage pattern perfect for woodland. Stitching looks to be well stitched. Took lighter over shirt for any loose frays. Shirt should last many years. Pockets are located in good spots and close very well.

the t.r.u. combat jacket is a zipper front, nylon/cotton cloth(50-50) constructed
item. it uses Velcro in place of buttons . the stitching quality is very good and over time as the Velcro breaks in, all patches of Velcro have not lost a stitch. the fit is not tight at all, with free movement of arms into all shooting positions. the collar is reinforced and stands up on its own when buttoned(velcroed) up. bar tacks at stitching stress points increase the durability of this design. be careful of the loud ripping noise the Velcro makes when releasing the tabs and you will have few complaints about this shirt/jacket.
